LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- Lindsay Lohan is heading back to court on Thursday, a rep for the District Attorney's Office confirmed to City News Service.

According to CNS, the actress will go before a judge at the LAX Courthouse at 10 AM over an alleged probation violation, however Sandi Gibbons of the DA's office had no specifics.

"We are unclear as to the violation because we have not gotten any paperwork," Gibbons told the news service.

Radar Online alleged on Wednesday night that Lohan tested positive for alcohol earlier this month - on June 12 or 13 - leading to Thursday's now-confirmed hearing. TMZ also reported on Wednesday evening that Lohan tested positive for alcohol last week.

"Lindsay tested positive for alcohol. The judge in her DUI case, Judge Elden Fox, said she couldn't consume any alcohol while on probation. The probation department has prepared a report, and Lindsay will be in court tomorrow," a source told Radar.

Calls placed by Access Hollywood to Lohan's attorney, the court's public information officer and the actress' publicist were not immediately returned on Wednesday night.

The actress did not address the situation on her Twitter account.

In addition to the court-related report, Lohan reportedly pulled out of an interview with Matt Lauer for NBC's "Today" show, according to a statement a spokesperson for the show gave to The Hollywood Reporter.

"Matt traveled to Los Angeles after Lindsay Lohan agreed to a sit-down interview at her home," a "Today" rep told the trade mag. "When he arrived at her home, she had a change of heart and wasn't prepared to talk for more than 15 minutes as she had agreed, so the interview was canceled."
