Kim Kardashian has one less story floating around to worry about.

The E! star is "very happy to announce that she has reached a settlement of her claims against Jonathan Jaxson," her attorney, Todd Wilson, said in a statement to E! News. Jackson, a blogger who identified himself last year as Kardashian's former publicist, had told various media outlets that her short-lived relationship with Kris Humphries was staged for the cameras.

"As part of the confidential settlement," Wilson continued, "Mr. Jaxson has issued a public apology to Kim. Kim is extremely pleased with the outcome of the matter."

So, what did his mea culpa entail?

"I wanted to apologize publicly to Kim Kardashian for any confusion that I may have caused by the personal statements I made recently regarding Kim Kardashian," Jaxson wrote on his blog.

"I would like to further clarify that I did not have any first hand knowledge of Kim's relationship with Kris. Any statement I made regarding Kim and her marriage was my opinion only and was not intended to imply first hand knowledge of Kim's thoughts and feelings."

Sources told E! News in November that Jaxson was indeed just a blogger "she met three times" as opposed to her former publicist.

Kardashian was "a client and someone I worked with behind the scenes," Jaxson told us at the time. "I have all the proof and I feel there is no need to further justify this."

Well, everyone's entitled to his opinion.

Although they seemed like a perfect couple, seem that marriage between Heidi Klum and Seal came to an end.

Former supermodel Heidi Klum and singer Seal are divorcing after six years of marriage, reports portal “TMZ”. The reason cited “irreconcilable differences“. A source close to the model revealed that she will next week submit papers for the divorce to court in Los Angeles.

This news is quite surprising, as Heidi Klum and Seal considered for one of the happiest couples in the world. Moreover, they are often shared tips for a successful marriage.

In an interview with “OK!” Heidi Klum was told that the secret of their success in love that they still behave as if they were on their honeymoon.

“You must not let the honeymoon ends. We constantly have to do interesting things,” she explained.

German beauty is to the female part of the audience gave more useful advice on relationships, and among others mentioned that a woman should wear a gift that she received from her husband even if she does not like.

Singer also used every opportunity to talk about his beloved wife with whom he has four children.

They stopped spending time together. While Seal visited numerous parties, Heidi was alone with children. In addition, business obligations were also separating them.

After they acknowledge to the world that they split, Seal and Heidi Klum were giving statements to media. But the singer was a guest on the Tavis Smiley show, and it opened up because he said he fully believes him.

The singer is said to love and respect between him and Heidi has not disappeared. “I believe that people who love and respect, like me and Heidi, get through the divorce,” said the musician.

Is Brad Pitt Inching Closer to Marriage With Angelina?

As the increasingly daddy-fied Brad Pitt told People magazine yesterday, he finds it "encouraging" that New York just made it legal for same-sex couples to marry. And Brad and his baby mama, Angelina Jolie, are, of course, famous for saying they won't marry until gays can, remember?

But then on the other hetero-teasing hand, Brad announced earlier that his kids keep asking when mom and dad are going to get hitched, already. "It's something we've got to look at," the 47-year-old hunk ‘fessed.

So which is it? Will Brad and Angie wait for all 50 United States to ratify gay marriage before they wed themselves, or will their kids win out before then?

"The thing is with Brad," says one of his closet friends, a confidante who's known Pitt since he became famous, "you just don't know, especially since he got together with [Angelina]."

We asked the Pitt source why Brad and Angelina don't just get married if they and their kids want to get married. Could it be they're playing the public with this gay-marriage stuff a bit?

"Probably," answered the hunk's pal, "but like I said, you just don't know with Brad."

Well, one thing's for sure: If Brad and Angie have reasons for not wanting to marry, but in the meantime, are saying it's all about waiting for gay marriage to get legal, that's a damn good (and noble) white lie.

Either that or this is Brad's way of saying he's saving himself for George Clooney.
